Job summary

Truecom is seeking an experienced Cisco Collaboration/VoIP Engineer to design, implement, and support Cisco collaboration solutions across the organization. You will design UC deployments, manage Webex, Jabber, and TelePresence, and resolve voice/video issues to maintain high availability.

The role requires hands-on expertise with CUCM, Unity Connection, SIP, H.323, and related technologies. CCNP Collaboration is a plus and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Cisco Collaboration Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with CUCM, Unity Connection, Voice Gateways, SIP, and H.323.
• CCNP Collaboration (preferred).
• Excellent communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to evolving Cisco collaboration technologies and industry best practices.
