Job summary

Tekskills in Noida, UP is seeking a Senior Cisco Unified Communications (UC) Voice Engineer with 6-8 years of experience to administer and optimize Cisco CUCM, CUC, and related voice infrastructure. You will design, configure, and troubleshoot voice core components and participate in SIP/ISDN migration projects.

The role requires strong log analysis, vendor coordination, and the ability to create SOPs and KB articles.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in administering and troubleshooting Cisco CUCM, CUC.
• Configure & Troubleshooting Experience on Cisco Voice Router/SBC.
• Knowledge of the H.323, SIP and ISDN PRI Voice Circuit Functionality.
• Experience migrating PSTN Network to SIP Centralized Model.
• Ability to analyse Cisco CUCM, Voice Router logs and resolve issues.
• Administration and Maintenance of Cisco Voice infrastructure.
• Coordinate with vendor for Number Porting SBC/Router configuration.
• Migrate PSTN network to SIP Infrastructure CUCM configuration and integration with other devices.
• Prepare and test UCaaS Infrastructure Dial Plan for SIP Centralized architecture.
• Manage incidents, tickets and tasks related to Voice support under ITSM.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Must have experience in administering and troubleshooting Cisco CUCM, CUC.
• Configure & Troubleshooting Experience on Cisco Voice Router/SBC.

• Troubleshooting the Router & CUCM issues Get the CSR (Document that details existing services and telephone numbers associated with the current ISDN link(s)) from the existing Service Provider.
• Depending on the incumbent Service Providers requirements Manage the routine operational works, Incident Tickets, Services Requests and Tasks assigned though ITSM ticketing tool or different other sources related with Voice support.
• Ability to work within a team-oriented environment including the flexibility to adjust hours for proper departmental coverage (vacations| illness| etc.).
• Responsible to Create the SOPs & KB Article.
