VMC Soft Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Video Unified Communications Engineer (AVCN) to design, implement, manage, and support enterprise Cisco Voice and Video Collaboration environments.

You will work hands-on with Cisco endpoints, Webex Control Hub, and CUCM/CMS in a demanding on-site setting across major Indian cities. The role emphasizes strong troubleshooting, incident handling, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, manage, and support enterprise Cisco Voice and Video Collaboration environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Video Endpoints (Desk Pro, Codec Pro, Room Bar, Room Bar Pro, etc.).
• Manage Cisco Webex Cloud, Webex Meetings, Webex Calling, and Webex Control Hub.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support for enterprise collaboration infrastructure.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex Cisco Voice and Video incidents.
• Support CUCM, CUC, CMS, Expressway, and Voice Gateways.
• Perform troubleshooting using SIP, H.323, RTP, and related protocols.
• Analyze logs, captures, and debug outputs to identify root causes.
• Work with monitoring tools: Splunk, SolarWinds, Wireshark, Hepic.
• Coordinate with OEM vendors and cross-functional teams for resolution.
• Participate in upgrades, migrations, patches, and deployments.
• Prepare documentation and SOPs; ensure system reliability.
• Contribute to automation initiatives using Python or Ansible.

Job Summary
