Job summary

Movate Technologies is seeking a customer support associate to handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients. You will listen to issues, provide clear solutions, and update customer records in the system.

Ideal candidates have 6 months of BPO/voice processing experience, a neutral accent, empathy, and composure for de-escalation. 5 days weekly with rotational night shifts and off days. Virtual interviews available; immediate joiner—21st October.
