Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, emails, and chats to resolve queries and concerns professionally and timely.
• Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company.
• Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer needs.
• Escalate complex issues to seniors or supervisors when necessary.
