Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Hyderabad is seeking a customer support executive for international voice processes. The role requires handling calls, resolving issues, and providing clear information on products, plans, pricing, and policies.

Candidates should have excellent English, at least 1 year in an international voice process, and be comfortable with night shifts. Work from office with immediate joining offered. CTC ranges from 2.5 LPA to 4.5 LPA.

Responsibilities

• Handling calls: respond to inbound customer questions and resolve problems or follow up on requests.
• Resolving issues: listen to complaints, find quick solutions, and close tickets.
• Providing information: explain product features, service plans, pricing, and company policies clearly.
• Meeting targets: keep call handle times short, maintain CSAT, and follow quality rules.
• Target achievement: meet daily and monthly performance goals (AHT, CSAT).
• Technical support: assist customers when software or hardware issues occur.

• Providing Information: Explain product features, service plans, pricing, and company policies clearly.
• Meeting Targets: Keep call handle times short, maintain high customer satisfaction scores, and follow strict quality rules.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly performance goals, such as average handle time (AHT) and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
• Technical Support: A customer calls because a software program crashed or a hardware device stopped working properly.

Preferred candidate profile

ELIGIBILITY:

• Excellent Communication in English.
