Job summary

Dfly International in Ahmedabad seeks a dynamic Communication Trainer to enhance employee skills and drive impactful interactions across all business levels. You will design and deliver programs, perform needs analyses, create customized content, run workshops and coaching sessions, and measure outcomes to continually improve training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a communication trainer or in a similar role.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt to learning styles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Education; training or soft skills certification is a plus.
