Responsibilities

• Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and height gauges.
• Maintain dimensional accuracy and ensure product quality as per drawings.
• Identify machining defects and troubleshoot minor machine or tooling issues.
• Perform routine machine cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance.
• Follow production targets, safety procedures, and 5S practices.
