Job summary

We are seeking a visa counselor to advise clients on visa options, eligibility, and timelines. The role involves following up leads, converting prospects into sales, and maintaining meticulous records of client interactions to ensure smooth processing and high client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of visa/immigration experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team while meeting monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Visa Counselor/Immigration Counselor.
• Experience in Canada, Australia, UK, USA, or other immigration/visa services will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of visa and immigration processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
• Good follow-up and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
