Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Immigration/Visa/Migration consultancy.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience using CRM software.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Basic knowledge of the Australian visa system is preferred.
