InsuranceDekho in Noida invites an Intern - B2B Telesales (VRM) to engage with potential POSP agents, service existing POS, drive sales growth, and coordinate with Girnar Insurance HO for smooth sales and operations.

This 6-month role offers a stipend of 15,000 INR plus incentives, open to graduates in any stream (undergrads welcome). Strong communication in English and Hindi is preferred, with a drive to learn fast and grow in a challenging environment.

What is the purpose of the role -

• Connect with potential POSP agents. Service the Existing POS to drive sales growth handle Customer Inquiries with a speedy and satisfactory resolution coordinate with Girnar Insurance HO Team for the smooth execution of the sales and operations process.
• Create offline training and servicing process for the POSP.
• Achieve Monthly Sales Target Numbers.
• Should be a Highly Motivated Individual and should be able to drive Chanel with ownership.
