Team Computers is seeking an experienced executive support professional to provide priority P1 assistance to VIPs and ensure seamless technology services for high-profile meetings.

The role includes managing Apple MDM platforms, supporting Apple and Windows devices, and delivering proactive, personalized service during hybrid conferences and town halls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in VIP/executive support.
• Experience with Apple/macOS devices and enterprise MDM.
• Strong communication and proactive issue-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide priority P1 support to VIPs.
• Personalize service delivery with proactive issue resolution.
• Support Apple and Windows devices, conferencing systems.
• Ensure zero SLA breach for VIP tickets.
• Conduct pre-meeting tech checks and provide live support for high-profile executive meetings, hybrid conferences (Zoom, Microsoft Teams), and town halls; manage, configure, and maintain Apple Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms (e.g., Jamf Pro, or Microsoft Intune) for enterprise Mac endpoints.
