Job summary

Precision Group in Bangalore is seeking a VIP Support Lead to deliver high-priority IT support for executive users and ensure smooth IT operations. You will own escalation handling and coordination with cross-functional teams.

You will manage EUC devices, Apple ecosystem (Mac, iPhone), VC tools (Teams, Zoom, WebEx) and meeting-room setups, while guiding a small support team and maintaining SLA timelines in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT Support or VIP support.
• Strong experience with Apple devices and Mac OS.
• Experience handling VIP/executive stakeholders.
• Knowledge of video conferencing tools and meeting room setup.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated, high-priority IT support to VIP / executive users.
• Troubleshoot EUC devices and VC systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Precision Group is looking for a skilled VIP Support Lead to provide high-priority IT support to executive users and ensure seamless IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated, high-priority IT support to VIP / Executive users
• Troubleshoot and support End User Computing (EUC) devices
• Manage and support Video Conferencing systems (Teams, Zoom, WebEx, VC devices)
• Provide technical support for Apple ecosystem (MacBook, iMac, iPhone)
• Perform basic network troubleshooting and coordination
• Ensure timely issue resolution within SLA timelines
• Coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth service delivery
• Lead and guide support team members when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT Support / VIP Support
• Strong hands-on experience with Apple devices & Mac OS
• Experience handling VIP / Executive stakeholders
• Good knowledge of Video Conferencing tools & meeting room setup
• Understanding of End User Computing (EUC) environment
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, VPN, DNS)
• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism

Good to Have:

• Experience with JAMF / Intune / MDM tools
• Prior experience in enterprise or global environment
• Team handling / coordination experience

Must Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Video Conferencing tools (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WebEx)
• Experience in meeting room setup and support (AV devices, VC equipment, cameras, microphones)
• Ability to troubleshoot VC connectivity and audio/video issues
• Knowledge of conference room devices (Polycom, Logitech, Cisco, etc.)
• Experience in handling live meeting support for VIP / executive users
