Job summary

Team Computers in Bengaluru seeks an IT support specialist with strong video conferencing experience to support VIP users and ensure smooth meeting connections across Google Meet, Zoom and Teams. The role requires proficiency with MacBook and iOS, plus familiarity with GWS and MS O365.

Preferred candidates will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and can commit with a 15 days notice. This is a full-time on-site position based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing VIP users for urgent technical issues.
• Knowledge of video conferencing hardware and room systems.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace for emails and automations.
• Proficient in MS O365 installation and user management.
• Experience with MacBook and iOS environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote support for video conferencing setups.
• Coordinate meetings via Google Meet, Teams Meet, and Zoom.
• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity and hardware issues for VIP users.
• Assist with meeting connections and calendar integrations.
• Maintain documentation and user IDs configuration.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

a) The candidate should have knowledge of video conferencing such as Polycom/Crestron devices.

b) The candidate should know how to manage VIP users for immediate technical issues/meetings and support connections to meetings/conferences via Google Meet, Teams Meet, or Zoom.

c) Candidates with Google Work Space (GWS) experience would be an advantage for emails/office automations.

d) Knowledge of MS O365 for installation, troubleshooting, and configuration of user IDs.

e) Mandatory knowledge of MacBook and iOS.
