Job summary

Team Computers in Mumbai (Andheri Chakala) is seeking an experienced VIP Engineer to provide dedicated support to VIP users, including CXOs and senior management, ensuring secure and reliable IT services. You will set up and manage video conferences, troubleshoot AV and network issues, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex incidents within SLA.

Strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, Teams, and ITSM tools is preferred.

We are looking for an experienced VIP Engineer to join our team in Mumbai (Andheri Chakala).

Position: VIP Engineer (VIP Support)
Location: Mumbai (Andheri Chakala)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 4–6 Years

Budget : 45000/- MCTC

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated technical support to VIP users, CXOs, and senior management(MD, CEO,VPS,GM, Executive Director)
• Set up and manage video conference meetings.
• Troubleshoot audio, video, microphone, speaker, and camera issues.
• Configure and support video conferencing rooms.
• Assist VIP users before and during important meetings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests with high priority and within SLA.
• Ensure an exceptional end-user experience through proactive communication and timely issue resolution.
• Perform preventive maintenance, system updates, and security checks on end-user devices.
• Support desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, Teams, VPN, and business-critical applications.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, service requests, and resolutions using ITSM/ticketing tools.
• Provide guidance and basic training to users on IT systems and applications.
• Ensure confidentiality, data security, and professional handling of VIP user information.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

4–6 years of experience in VIP Support, Executive Support, or Desktop Support.
Experience supporting CXOs, Directors, or Senior Management.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Teams, networking, printers, and remote support tools.
Experience with ITSM/Ticketing tools (ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Jira, etc.).
Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and provide high-quality support with minimal downtime.
