Job summary

NAB India invites a senior procurement professional to lead end-to-end supplier contract management across divisions, from execution to disengagement, ensuring contractual clauses are applied and performance aligns with service expectations.

The role requires extensive experience in AI, software and SaaS, with strong negotiation, stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration to deliver value for customers and communities. A strategic mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of overall experience.
• 10+ years of experience in AI, Software & SaaS, specifically security software and Tech Infrastructure & Networks.
• Experience in Category Management, contract management & Supplier Relationship Management.
• Experience managing high value and/or highly strategic enterprise suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all activities relating to supplier contracts across the business divisions responsible for, from execution of contract to disengagement.
• Apply and trigger contractual clauses, when necessary, throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Work with the Service Managers across division to ensure service performance and quality meet expectations.
• Where there is consistent poor performance or breach, work between Suppliers, Business and Strategic Sourcing to recommend remediations and treatment plans.
• Monitor and manage contract spend.
• Implement continuous improvement.
• Work with the supplier to identify contract optimisation initiatives.
• Work in a cross-functional manner across sourcing and supplier management teams.

Experience
