Job summary

CRC Group seeks an experienced Site Head / Project Head – Construction to lead a large-scale high-rise residential project. You will drive end-to-end execution, ensure adherence to drawings, specs, quality and budgets, and manage a senior on-site team to deliver milestones on schedule.

The role requires a proven track record in high-rise construction, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate across Construction, Planning, Design, Contracts, Procurement, Quality, Safety and MEP.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in construction/project execution.
• Strong track record in high-rise residential projects.
• Expertise in construction execution, planning, PM and site operations.
• Experience leading large site teams and managing multiple senior executives/managers.
• Solid understanding of RCC, finishing, MEP coordination.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of high-rise residential construction projects from planning through completion.
• Drive execution as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, timelines and budgets.
• Lead and manage the site execution team including senior project/site executives and contractors.
• Prepare and monitor project execution plans, construction schedules and milestones with planning.
• Coordinate effectively between Construction, Planning, Design, Contracts, Procurement, Quality, Safety and MEP.
• Monitor daily/weekly progress and take corrective actions to ensure timely completion.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks and delays and implement mitigation measures.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and statutory requirements at site.
• Regularly report progress, issues and risks to senior management.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end execution of high-rise residential construction projects from planning through completion.
• Drive project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, timelines and budgets.
• Lead and manage the site execution team, including senior project/site executives, construction managers, engineers and contractors.
• Prepare and monitor project execution plans, construction schedules and milestones in coordination with the planning team.
• Ensure effective coordination between Construction, Planning, Design, Contracts, Procurement, Quality, Safety and MEP teams.
• Monitor daily/weekly project progress and take corrective actions to ensure timely completion.
• Manage contractors and consultants, ensuring productivity, quality and adherence to project requirements.
• Identify project risks, bottlenecks and delays and implement effective mitigation measures.
• Ensure strict compliance with quality, safety and statutory requirements at site.
• Regularly report project progress, key issues, risks and requirements to senior management.
• Develop a strong execution culture with clear accountability across the site team.

Candidate Profile:

• 20+ years of overall experience in construction/project execution, preferably with reputed real estate developers.
• Strong experience in high-rise residential projects.
• Proven expertise in construction execution, planning, project management and site operations.
• Should have experience in leading large site teams and managing multiple senior executives/managers.
• Strong understanding of RCC, finishing, MEP coordination and overall residential project execution.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving and decision‑making skills.
• Candidates currently working with leading real estate developers / EPC organisations with strong high-rise project exposure will be preferred.
