Job summary

CRC Group is seeking a dedicated Planning and Project Controls Lead in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh, to oversee the planning function across real estate projects. You will develop master schedules, baselines, milestones, and execution strategies for large-scale developments, guiding them from pre-construction through completion.

The role requires coordinating across Design, Procurement, Contracts, Commercial, Finance, MEP, and Sales teams to ensure timely delivery, monitor progress, and manage risks

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and project controls function across real estate projects.
• Develop and monitor Master Project Schedules, baselines, milestones, and execution strategies.
• Drive planning for high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects from pre-construction through handover.
• Establish robust systems for project monitoring, progress tracking, schedule control, and reporting.
• Review progress against timelines and identify critical activities, delays, bottlenecks, and schedule risks.
• Lead recovery and catch-up planning for delayed projects with timely corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Projects, Design, Procurement, Contracts, Commercial, Finance, MEP, and Sales teams to align execution with objectives.
• Monitor resource planning, manpower deployment, procurement timelines, construction sequencing, and project readiness.
• Drive monthly/weekly project review meetings and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Establish and monitor KPIs like schedule adherence, milestone achievement, and productivity.

• Review project progress against approved timelines and identify critical activities, delays, bottlenecks, and schedule risks.
• Lead recovery and catch-up planning for delayed projects and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Projects, Design, Procurement, Contracts, Commercial, Finance, MEP, and Sales teams to align project execution with business objectives.
• Monitor resource planning, manpower deployment, procurement timelines, construction sequencing, and overall project readiness.
• Drive monthly/weekly project review meetings and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Establish and monitor key planning KPIs such as schedule adherence, milestone achievement, project completion forecasts, and productivity.
• Review and challenge project schedules submitted by contractors and consultants to ensure realistic and achievable timelines.
• Lead preparation of management dashboards, project MIS, progress reports, and portfolio-level reviews.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies in coordination with project leadership.
• Standardize planning processes, systems, and reporting formats across all projects.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the planning and project controls team.
• Provide strategic inputs to senior management on project timelines, delivery commitments, resource requirements, and execution risks.
• Ensure effective planning support for timely project completion and handover.
