Job description

The role involves developing comprehensive new project plans, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that project milestones are achieved on time and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Areas of Ownership & Accountability

• Planning – Effectively collaborate with team & prepare a realistic schedule including milestones, resource allocation and deliverables
• Tracking & Monitoring – Ensure timely updates are taken from the respective stakeholders and identify deviation/delays
• Collaborate with Liasioning, Design functions, Marketing, Sales for updates
• Ensure to update quality remarks and delay reason against the tasks in the schedule
• Ensure effective communication between project stakeholders

Deliverables

• Required project data needs to be collected for schedule preparation – Project details, Financial model, Site Map, Location
• Preparation of project launch schedule in alignment to baseline date
• Schedule needs to be published in standard format to stakeholders with all necessary reports
• Delay, Minutes of Meeting, Baseline schedule, Schedule updates, Progress reports needs to be documented
• Provide the comprehensive status update of all projects
• Design schedule is prepared using the standard template & signoff from stakeholders
• Updation of Marathon Dashboard for “Design” Goals & actuals for new projects
• Provide escalation & communication matrix for the project
• Schedule tasks needs to be detailed in discussion with stakeholders
• Autodesk construction cloud project set up

KPIs

• Preparation of schedule with available data – 2 projects / year
• Conducting meeting and updating schedule – 52 weekly updates / year
• Publish of schedule to stakeholders as per standard protocol – 26 fortnightly updates / year
• Design schedule preparation as per standard template – 2 projects / year
• Updation of Marathon Dashboard for “Design” Goals & actuals for new projects – 12 monthly updates / year
• Autodesk construction cloud project set up – 2 projects / year
