Job summary

Raycon Infrastructure seeks a capable Project Planner to develop detailed schedules, construction programmes, and milestone plans while coordinating with Engineering, Procurement and Site teams to keep projects on track. You will monitor progress against plans, identify delays or risks, and prepare recovery plans with revised schedules as required, reporting to management weekly and monthly.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies and activity sequencing.
• Experience in preparing project schedules, progress reports, and recovery plans.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project schedules, construction programmes, and milestone plans.

• Monitor procurement and construction activities to ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and project progress projections, where required.
• Maintain proper planning documentation and records.
