Job summary

Authentic Staffing Agency is seeking an experienced Senior Project Planner to manage planning, scheduling, and control for large commercial real estate projects in Mumbai. You will develop master schedules in Primavera P6 and MS Project, prepare baselines, establish milestones, monitor progress, and deliver weekly dashboards and reports to senior management.

The role requires leading cross-functional coordination with Design, Procurement, Contracts, Construction, MEP, QS and Commercial teams,

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial real estate projects such as IT Parks, Commercial Towers, Mixed-use Developments, Business Parks, Malls, or High-rise Commercial Buildings.
• Experience with reputed developers, EPC companies, or PMC organizations.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project master schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Prepare baseline schedules covering design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Establish project milestones and critical paths aligned with business objectives.
• Develop resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules for project execution.
• Monitor project progress against approved baselines and identify schedule variances.
• Conduct delay analysis, recovery planning, and mitigation strategies.
• Generate weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Track project KPIs related to cost, schedule, productivity, and resource utilization.
• Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Contracts, Construction, MEP, QS, and Commercial teams.
• Interface with consultants, contractors, and project management teams for schedule adherence.
• Facilitate project review meetings and ensure closure of action items.
• Identify project risks and bottlenecks affecting timelines.
• Prepare mitigation plans and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor contractual milestones and support claims management related to delays and extensions of time.
• Prepare project status reports, S-curves, look-ahead schedules, and variance analyses.
• Present project progress and forecasts to senior management.
• Maintain planning databases and project documentation.
• Support budgeting and cash-flow forecasting.
• Monitor manpower deployment and productivity trends.
• Coordinate with commercial and QS teams for cost control and project forecasting.
