Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Ahmedabad is seeking an experienced Lead for project planning, scheduling, monitoring and controls on large-scale construction projects.

You will ensure timely delivery, manage costs and deliver accurate project reporting, dashboards and stakeholder updates. The role requires strong analytical skills and a proven track record on major commercial, mixed-use, industrial or infrastructure programs.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling and project controls.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project and reporting tools.
• Experience in cost control, risk management and earned value analysis.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, baselines and recovery plans.
• Monitor progress, productivity, milestones and critical paths.
• Prepare control reports, dashboards and progress updates for stakeholders.
• Conduct schedule, risk and delay analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors and clients to align with objectives.
• Support cost control, change management, forecasting and performance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with project controls procedures and reporting requirements.
