You will identify and secure new opportunities, leverage a strong network within the AEC industry, and build strategic partnerships with Architects, Engineers, design firms and contractors. Position offered: Vice President – Business Development (International)

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving Intec’s business growth across the United States, Canada & Europe, by identifying and securing new Business opportunities. This role requires a strong network within the AEC industry, with Architects, Engineers, Design Companies and Contractors.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

The prospective candidate must have:

• University Degree in Engineering / Architecture / Construction/ Project Management.

Experience:

• Must have at least 15 years’ working experience in Engineering Industry, in consulting, Design, Engineering, Architecture.
• Experience in U.S.A & European markets would be an addedadvantage.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth, structuring high-value contracts, and building long-term client partnerships.
• Deep understanding of construction industry, workflows, digital engineering solutions, and AEC technology trends.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills to engage with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.
