Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. facilitates a capital markets institution hiring a Vice President for its Alternative Investment Funds platform, covering investments and capital raising.

You will drive sourcing, execution, and fundraising; build a pipeline; manage relationships with promoters, family offices and bankers; perform due diligence and develop investment notes and presentations; ensure SEBI AIF compliance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in alternative investments with 7–10 years in fundraising or capital formation.
• Strong promoter, intermediary and family office network is essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive investment sourcing, transaction execution and capital raising across the AIF platform.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities aligned with the fund mandate.
• Build relationships with promoters, founders, investment bankers, advisors and family offices.
• Conduct preliminary screening, financial analysis and due diligence; prepare investment notes and IC presentations.
• Lead transaction evaluation, valuation, structuring and negotiation of terms.
• Coordinate with legal, tax, compliance and external advisors for deal execution and closure.
• Lead capital raising from HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, wealth management platforms and institutional investors.
• Prepare and present PPMs, pitch decks, fund presentations, DDQs and investor communications.
• Ensure adherence to SEBI AIF Regulations, internal investment policies and regulatory reporting requirements.

A capital markets institution is hiring a Vice President for its Alternative Investment Funds platform, covering both investments and capital raising.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive investment sourcing, transaction execution and capital raising across the AIF platform
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of proprietary and intermediated investment opportunities aligned with the fund mandate
• Build relationships with promoters, founders, investment bankers, advisors and family offices to source high-quality transactions
• Conduct preliminary screening, commercial assessment, financial analysis and due diligence; prepare investment notes, financial models and IC presentations
• Lead transaction evaluation, valuation, structuring and negotiation of commercial terms
• Coordinate with legal, tax, compliance and external advisors for deal execution and closure
• Lead capital raising from HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, wealth management platforms, corporate treasuries and institutional investors
• Prepare and present PPMs, pitch decks, fund presentations, DDQs and investor communications
• Ensure adherence to SEBI AIF Regulations, internal investment policies and regulatory reporting requirements

Candidate profile: 15+ years in alternative investments, private equity, venture capital, private credit, asset management or investment banking, with 7-10 years directly in fundraising, investor relations or capital formation. A strong promoter, intermediary and family office network is essential.
