Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Gurugram seeks a senior investment professional to drive sourcing, transaction execution and capital formation across the AIF platform.

You will build a pipeline, conduct due diligence, prepare investment notes and present to investors, while ensuring SEBI AIF compliance and regulatory reporting. Extensive experience in private equity, VC, or investment banking with strong promoter and family office networks is essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in alternative investments, private equity, venture capital, private credit, asset management or investment banking.
• 7–10 years directly in fundraising, investor relations or capital formation.
• Strong promoter, intermediary and family office network is essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive investment sourcing, transaction execution and capital raising across the AIF platform.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of proprietary and intermediated investment opportunities aligned with the fund mandate.
• Build relationships with promoters, founders, investment bankers, advisors and family offices to source high-quality transactions.
• Conduct preliminary screening, commercial assessment, financial analysis and due diligence; prepare investment notes, financial models and IC presentations.
• Lead transaction evaluation, valuation, structuring and negotiation of commercial terms.
• Coordinate with legal, tax, compliance and external advisors for deal execution and closure.
• Lead capital raising from HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, wealth management platforms, corporate treasuries and institutional investors.
• Prepare and present PPMs, pitch decks, fund presentations, DDQs and investor communications.
• Ensure adherence to SEBI AIF Regulations, internal investment policies and regulatory reporting requirements.
