First Advantage in Bengaluru (remote-friendly) is seeking a Verification Specialist to handle inbound/outbound calls for references, education, and employment verification. You will gather details, assess credibility, and update systems while coordinating with multiple departments to finalize reports.

Strong English, attention to detail, and ability to work remotely in night shifts are required. Prior verification or BPO exposure is beneficial in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll DoA successful VERIFICATION SPECIALIST will be mainly responsible for answering Inbound and Outbound calls for references, education, credential and employment verification. The successful candidate must have excellent attention to details and must have a high-level of analytical skills to provide a comprehensive report to the client.Responsibilities:Manage Inbound and Outbound calls for employment, education and other references verifications.Obtain Verification and references information via phone, fax, mail, etc.Investigate and confirm reference credibility.Update reference contact information within database.Answer telephone and email inquiries from candidates and clients concerning the status of a background check request.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
