The successful candidate must have excellent attention to details and must have a high-level of analytical skills to provide a comprehensive report to the client. **Responsibilities:*** Manage Inbound and Outbound calls for employment, education and other references verifications.* Obtain Verification and references information via phone, fax, mail, etc.* Investigate and confirm reference credibility.* Update reference contact information within database.* Answer telephone and email inquiries from candidates and clients concerning the status of a background check request.* Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
