Job summary

Living Liquidz Private Limited in Mumbai seeks a Follow-Up Executive Vendor / Supply Chain with 1–4 years of experience and a Graduate qualification to coordinate with vendors for orders, deliveries, and inventory.

You will track purchase orders, update supply status, and liaise with Purchase, Stores, Warehouse and Accounts. Proactive and strong Excel skills are preferred. Immediate joiners are welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate with any discipline
• 1–4 years experience in vendor/supply chain coordination desirable
• Experience in Retail / FMCG / Supply Chain preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors for orders, supplies, dispatches and deliveries.
• Follow up regularly with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials/products.
• Track Purchase Orders, pending orders and delivery status.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Warehouse and Accounts teams.
• Maintain vendor-wise records and prepare pending order / supply status reports.
• Identify delays or shortages and escalate issues to the concerned team.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of supply-related data.
• Maintain regular communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.
