Job summary

Innovatiview India Ltd. is seeking an experienced Vendor Development - Project Management professional to drive vendor development and end-to-end project execution for its Examination Vertical.

The role focuses on building a robust vendor network, negotiating terms, team leadership, and ensuring timely delivery across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in vendor and project management, strong negotiation skills, and a track record in large-scale, multi-location operations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in vendor management, project management, operations, procurement, or large-scale field operations.
• Strong experience in vendor development, commercial negotiation, team management, and project execution.
• Experience in examination operations, assessment services, government projects, manpower deployment, infrastructure, or large-scale multi-location operations will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end vendor and project activities for examination projects across multiple locations.
• Identify, evaluate, onboard, and develop new vendors/service partners for examination requirements.
• Manage existing vendors and build strong, long-term vendor relationships.
• Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, scope, SLAs, payment terms, and service deliverables.
• Plan and coordinate vendor deployment for examination projects, including manpower, infrastructure, equipment, logistics, and other operational requirements.

About the Role

Innovatiview India Ltd. is looking for an experienced Vendor Development -Project Management professional to manage vendor development and end-to-end project execution for its Examination Vertical.

The candidate will be responsible for building and managing a strong vendor network, commercial negotiations, team management, and ensuring smooth and timely execution of examination projects across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end vendor and project activities for examination projects across multiple locations.
• Identify evaluate, onboard, and develop new vendors/service partners for examination requirements.
• Manage existing vendors and build strong, long-term vendor relationships.
• Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, scope, SLAs, payment terms, and service deliverables.
• Plan and coordinate vendor deployment for examination projects, including manpower, infrastructure, equipment, logistics, and other operational requirements.
• Lead and manage the project/vendor coordination team and ensure timely execution of examination activities.
• Monitor vendor performance against quality, cost, SLA, compliance, and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal Project, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and other stakeholders for seamless examination execution.
• Ensure vendors are adequately prepared and deployed before the commencement of examinations.
• Handle vendor-related issues, escalations, and operational challenges during examination projects.
• Develop alternate vendors and contingency plans to ensure business continuity and uninterrupted examination operations.
• Monitor project costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain vendor/project MIS, performance reports, and regular management updates.

Desired Profile

• Graduate/MBA/PGDM in Operations, Supply Chain, operations, Procurement, or Project Management preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in vendor management, project management, operations, procurement, or large-scale field operations.
• Strong experience in vendor development, commercial negotiation, team management, and project execution.
• Candidates with experience in examination operations, assessment services, government projects, manpower deployment, infrastructure, or large-scale multi-location operations will be preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
