Job summary

WillWare Technologies is seeking an experienced Vendor Manager for our Indian client footprint in Bengaluru. The role focuses on vendor management, procurement, contingent workforce management, staffing partner management, and IT resource fulfillment.

You will manage staffing vendors, implementation partners, consulting firms, and supplier relationships across ERP, CRM, Data, AI, Cloud and emerging tech needs, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely profile submissions

Qualifications

• Proven experience in vendor management and procurement.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/Data & AI hiring.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor empanelment, onboarding, and documentation.
• Handle procurement coordination for staffing and contingent workforce requirements.
• Build and manage relationships with staffing vendors, consulting partners, and system integrators.
• Support contingent workforce hiring across contract, C2H, T&M, and project-based roles.
• Coordinate with internal teams, procurement teams, HR, TA, and business stakeholders.
• Share open requirements with vendors and ensure timely profile submissions.
• Negotiate rates, margins, payment terms, and vendor agreements.
• Track vendor performance, SLA adherence, quality of submissions, turnaround time, and closures.
• Maintain vendor database, rate cards, contracts, compliance documents, and empanelment records.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, vendor governance, and client process requirements.
