Job summary

Brick&Bolt is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee vendor relationships and drive performance across partners. You will help define operational KPIs and work with cross-functional teams to advance projects and planning efforts.

A strong background in data analysis and stakeholder management is essential. Ideal candidates bring experience managing operational teams, with preference for e-commerce exposure, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while thinking strategically.

Qualifications

• Operational management and rigor expected.
• Influencing and negotiating with stakeholders across the organization.
• Ability to analyse data for patterns and insights.
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking and customer service mindset; 2–7 years experience with relevant education.
• Experience managing an operational team and vendor partners.
• Experience managing a team in e-commerce is a plus.
• Capacity to balance multiple priorities and think strategically.

Role and Responsibilities:-

• Vendor / Partner Management.
• Driving performance and utilization at Vendors/Contractors
• Set the Operational Strategy and KPIs..
• Hold self and team accountable for individual and team goals specific to their function.
• Work closely with the Operation teams to drive projects and provide inputs to planning sessions.
• Identify, recommend and implement tool, system, process, or policy changes to improve performance.
• Visualize and facilitate long-term initiatives and new strategies, best practices, or processes to improve team performance.
• Maintain relationships with third party vendors along with internal partnerships.
• Facilitate innovation by empowering teams to shepherd creative ideas or individual projects through appropriate channels.
• Engage and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional partners, stakeholders or external vendors.
• Delegate and prioritize effectively to ensure that individual or team time is focused on high-impact needs.

What You Bring:-

• Operational Management and Rigor.
