Job summary

Praj is seeking an experienced planning professional in Pune to drive detailed manufacturing plans and monitor critical equipment. You will coordinate with multiple departments to ensure on-time project delivery, manage materials, and oversee procurement actions aligned with finalized rates.

The role requires familiarity with ERP systems, PPC functions, and capacity planning for process vessels. Expertise in ASME codes and pressure vessel standards is essential for successful execution.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of planning tools and scheduling systems.
• PPC function experience.
• Exposure to ERP systems.
• Product and fabrication knowledge in process and pressure vessels.
• Knowledge of pressure vessel codes.
• Knowledge of ASME.

Responsibilities

• Vendor capacity mapping and loading as per Vendor capacity, capability.
• Plan detailed activity-wise manufacturing process plan/schedule including monitoring and controlling critical equipment.
• Monitor project/equipment progress, inventory and liquidation control for assigned projects.
• SAP PP & MM working—check MRP runs for planned orders and PRs; raise/update production orders for the assigned project.
• Prepare charts and drawings required for critical components and review material shortage list.
• Coordinate with inter-departments for completion of assigned projects; take confirmations of production order technical completion, service order for payment processing.
• Advance material procurement actions and verify materials; transfer in the system via PPC team.
• Labour service order generation for shop-fabricated equipment as per finalized rates.
• Plan packing and dispatch of equipment including calculating sizes, generate lot-wise slips, arrange stickers and name plates.

Role & responsibilities

• 1. Vendor Capcity Mapping & Vendor Loading as per Vendor Capacity, Capability,
• 2. Plan detailed activity wise manufacturing process plan/scedule including monitoring and controlling of critical equipments.
• 3. Monitor the Project/Equipment progress, inventory and control by liquidation for assigned projects.
• 3. SAP PP & MM working - Checking MRP runs for planned orders and PRs generated. Raising/updating production orders for the assigned project
• 4. Preparing charts and drawings required for critical components and also review material shortage list.
• 5. Liason with inter deparments for completion of asigned projects 6. Take confirmations of production order technical completion, service order for payment processing.
• 7. Advance material procurement actions and alternate material technical verification & trasnfer in the system through PPC team.
• 8. Labour service order generation for shop fabricated equipment's as per finalized rates.
• 9. Plan packing and dispatch of equipment's which includes calculation of equipment sizes, generating lot wise slips, arranging marking stickers and name plates.
