Job summary

Tata Capital is seeking a seasoned HCV finance sales professional to generate leads, acquire customers, and manage dealer relationships in the Pune area. You will coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure timely loan processing and disbursement.

Ideal candidates bring deep knowledge of trucks, tippers, trailers, and fleet finance, plus proven negotiation and relationship-building skills to drive new business and repeat referrals.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 13 years in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Finance, Commercial Vehicle Loans, or Transport Finance.
• Education: Graduate preferred.
• Product Knowledge: Trucks, tippers, trailers, fleet finance, and commercial vehicle loans.
• Key Skills: Lead generation, dealer management, customer acquisition, negotiation, and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire customers for Heavy Commercial Vehicle (HCV) finance, including trucks, tippers, trailers, and fleet vehicles.
• Build and maintain relationships with OEM dealers, transporters, fleet owners, and channel partners in Pune and nearby areas.
• Source new and used commercial vehicle loan applications and identify potential customers.
• Collect customer KYC and required documents and coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing.
• Achieve monthly targets for business sourcing, customer acquisition, and loan disbursement.
• Follow up with customers and dealers to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
• Maintain customer relationships, resolve queries, and generate repeat business and referrals.
