Job summary

KOGTA FINANCIAL (INDIA) LIMITED in Sangli district seeks a results-driven sales leader to drive commercial vehicle loan growth. You will lead a team of Relationship Officers, chase new clients, and ensure both individual and team targets are met.

You will coordinate with Credit and Operations to disburse loans and manage collections, focusing on revenue generation. The role demands strong retail sales experience, excellent client servicing, and robust financial and analytical communication

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Vehicle asset finance.
• Experience with banks/NBFCs.
• Retail sales experience.
• Strong client servicing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the sales targets assigned.
• Lead the team of Relationship Officers.
• Acquire new clients and generate business for Commercial Vehicle loans (Used & New).
• Meet individual and team targets.
• Source, service, and disburse business; manage overdue collections.
• Ensure team productivity and drive business growth.
• Motivate and train the team.
• Provide product training to existing and new hires.
• Coordinate with internal and external channels for business expansion.
• Coordinate with Credit and Operations for loan processing till disbursement and servicing.
• Oversee overdue collections and revenue generation processes.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Would be responsible to achieve the sales target assigned.
• Handling the Team of Relationship Officers.
• New Client Acquisition & Business generation of Commercial vehicle loan Business.
• Responsible for individual & team targets.
• Shall be responsible for sourcing, servicing, and disbursing the business and manage overdue collections.
• Taking care of team productivity and business.
• Team motivation/ training.
• Giving product training to existing and new hired team.
• Manage both internal & external channel for business expansion & development
• Coordination with other departments like Credit, Operations for processing of loan till final disbursement and ensure smooth servicing and operations.
• Shall be responsible for Overdue Collections & Revenue generation process.

What We're Looking For

• Relevant Experience of Commercial Vehcile (in Asset Finance products, Commercial Vehicle loan ( Used & New ) from Banks/ NBFC /Financial Institutions.
• Must have knowledge and hands-on experience of retail sales.
• Good client servicing skills.
• Good financial, analytical and communication skills.
