Job summary

Clear Secured Services Limited in Chennai requires a Vault Operations professional to manage secure storage and retrieval within defined risk and operations checklists.

You will follow strict vault processes, perform daily tasks with support from a senior vault officer, and report any anomalies to the branch manager. Ensure documentation is complete and ready for audits, coordinating with auditors as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechatronics or related field.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Adherence to checklists and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Strictly adhere to checklists, systems and processes established for vault operations and security.
• Carry out daily vault activities with guidance from senior vault officer; report anomalies to branch manager.
• Ensure that operations team presents proper documents for cash storage/retrieval.
• Maintain vault related documents accurately and timely; coordinate with internal and external audit teams for vault audits.
• Liaise with other departments as appropriate to resolve issues and maintain service.

Position Overview

Main Responsibilities

OPERATIONAL

• Strictly adhere to checklists, systems and processes established for the vault function and security
• Carry out daily vault activities with support from senior vault officer; consult with senior vault officer and report to branch manager in case of any anomalies related to vault operations or security
• Ensure that operations team present proper documents for cash storage/ retrieval
• Keep and update all vault related documents correctly and timelyCoordinate with internal and external audit teams for vault audits
• Liaise with other departments as appropriate, to resolve issues and maintain service
