Responsibilities

• Strictly adhere to checklists, systems and processes established for the vault function and security
• Carry out daily vault activities with support from senior vault officer; consult with senior vault officer and report to branch manager in case of any anomalies related to vault operations or security
• Ensure that operations team present proper documents for cash storage/ retrieval
• Keep and update all vault related documents correctly and timely
• Coordinate with internal and external audit teams for vault audits
• Liaise with other departments as appropriate, to resolve issues and maintain service
