Job summary

Clear Secured Services Limited is seeking a diligent Vault Operator to manage secure storage and retrieval activities in line with risk and operations checklists. The role focuses on strict adherence to security protocols and accurate documentation of vault processes.

You will perform daily vault operations with guidance from a senior vault officer, coordinate with audits and other departments, and ensure all required documents are ready for cash storage and retrieval.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechtronics required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Diploma with any specialization is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to checklists, systems and vault security processes.
• Perform daily vault activities with guidance from the senior vault officer.
• Report anomalies to the branch manager promptly.
• Ensure proper documentation for cash storage and retrieval.
• Maintain vault documents and coordinate with internal/external audits.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and maintain service.

Position Overview

Responsible for security andoperations (storage/retrieval) of the vaults as per risk/operations checklist

Main Responsibilities

OPERATIONAL

• Strictly adhere to checklists, systems and processes established for the vault function and security
• Carry out daily vault activities with support from senior vault officer; consult with senior vault officer and report to branch manager in case of any anomalies related to vault operations or security
• Ensure that operations team present proper documents for cash storage/ retrieval
• Keep and update all vault related documents correctly and timelyCoordinate with internal and external audit teams for vault audits
• Liaise with other departments as appropriate, to resolve issues and maintain service
