Job summary

Clear Secured Services Limited is seeking personnel for ATM operations, including withdrawal, loading, and FLM call resolution to meet SLA commitments. The role covers daily route planning, cash pickup/deposit, and accurate data entry via Android devices and CBS systems.

Responsibilities include site visits, cash balance reporting, and coordinating with customers and reports teams to ensure on-time cash fulfillment. 2+ years of relevant experience and 12th Pass or Bachelor's degree are required.

Qualifications

• Total experience of 2+ years in similar kind of role.
• Education: 12th Pass / Bachelors Degree.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Daily Route Plan (DRP) for withdrawal and loading, in consultation with Route Leader.
• Pick-up cash based on bank wise indent and denomination.
• Prepare cash receipt and take approval from Route Leader.
• Complete allocated site visits for loading or End Of Day (EOD) daily.
• Resolve FLM issues within turnaround time (TAT).
• Punch all required entries in Android device for withdrawal, loading, EOD, FLM.
• Punch the CBS counter entry and submit to Route Leader.
• Inform Route Leader of issues and log in Android device.
• Submit return cash to vault when loading is not possible.
• Prepare Cash Balance Report (CBR) when SLA mandates (e.g., for HDFC).
• Coordinate with Reports team for mandatory customer reports.
• Coordinate with customers for cash availability for pick-up.

Position Overview

Responsible for performing withdrawal, loading and FLM call resolution to ensure fulfillment of SLA

Main Responsibilities

OPERATIONAL ATM

• Prepare Daily Route Plan (DRP) for withdrawal and loading, in consultation with Route Leader
• Pick-up cash based on bank wise indent and denomination
• Prepare cash receipt and take approval from Route Leader
• Complete allocated site visits for loading or EOD on daily basis
• Resolve the FLM (First Level Maintenance) issues within TAT
• Punch all the required entries in Android device timely and accurately such as - withdrawal, loading, EOD, FLM
• Punch the counter entry in CBS and submit the same to Route Leader
• Inform Route Leader in case of any issue and enter the same in Android device
• Submit the return cash to vault, in cases when loading could not happen due to unavoidable circumstances
• Prepare CBR (Cash Balance Report) when mandatory as per SLA (e.g. for HDFC bank) and submit to Route Leader
• Coordinate with the Reports team, as required, for mandatory customer reports

CIT

• Collection of CIT bags, scratch cards, seal from Route Leader
• Enter all CIT pick-up related updates in Android
• Pick-up cash from beat customers
• Deposit the cash in bank for same day pick up or in the vault for next day
• Handover the deposit slip for next day basis SLA
• Coordinate with the customers for cash availability for cash pick-up
