Job summary

Mahindra Finance in India is seeking a results-driven Sales & Business Development professional to source customers for New Car loans and Pre Owned Car Loans, and to build strong dealer, DSA, broker, and influencer networks. You will manage end-to-end loan processes, from field outreach and credit submission to disbursal, while ensuring accurate documentation and seamless customer support.

Responsibilities

• Source customers for New Car loans and Pre Owned Car Loans.
• Build and maintain strong relations with dealers, DSA, Brokers, and local influencers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for loan disbursement.
• Conduct field visits to identify new business opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan products.
• Explain loan terms, interest rates, EMI plans, and documentation requirements.
• Assist customers in application filling and ensure end-to-end support.
• Collect and verify customer KYC, income proof, bank statements, and other required documents.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for file processing.
• Submit cases for credit approval and follow up until disbursal.
• Update tracking sheets or CRM systems with real-time loan status.
• Resolve discrepancies and support verification officers during field investigations.
• Ensure onboarding and welcome call completion.
• Coordinate with customers for repayment-related queries.
• Assist in overdue follow-ups when required.
