Job summary

Mahindra Finance in Kerala, Sakthikulangara, seeks an energetic sales professional to drive car loan business. You will source customers, build strong dealer relations, and achieve loan disbursement targets through field visits and proactive outreach.

You will explain terms, assist with applications, verify documents, coordinate with credit and operations, and provide post-disbursement support to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Source customers for New Car loans & Pre Owned Car Loans.
• Build and maintain strong relations with dealers, DSA, Brokers, and local influencers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for loan disbursement.
• Conduct field visits to identify new business opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan products.
• Explain loan terms, interest rates, EMI plans, and documentation requirements.
• Assist customers in application filling and ensure end-to-end support.
• Collect and verify customer KYC, income proof, bank statements, and other required documents.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance as per company policies.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for file processing.
• Submit cases for credit approval and follow up until disbursal.
• Update tracking sheets or CRM systems with real-time loan status.
• Resolve discrepancies and support verification officers during field investigations.
• Ensure onboarding and welcome call completion.
• Coordinate with customers for repayment-related queries.
• Assist in overdue follow-ups when required.
