Mahindra Finance in Kerala seeks a field sales professional to source customers for New Car loans and Pre Owned Car Loans, and to build strong relations with dealers and local influencers to meet monthly loan targets.

The role involves conducting field visits, understanding customer needs, explaining loan terms, guiding applicants, and ensuring complete documentation and compliance throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Source customers for New Car loans & Pre Owned Car Loans.
• Build and maintain strong relations with dealers, DSA, Brokers, and local influencers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for loan disbursement.
• Conduct field visits to identify new business opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan products.
• Explain loan terms, interest rates, EMI plans, and documentation requirements.
• Assist customers in application filling and ensure end-to-end support.
• Collect and verify customer KYC, income proof, bank statements, and other required documents.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance as per company policies.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for file processing.
• Submit cases for credit approval and follow up until disbursal.
• Update tracking sheets or CRM systems with real-time loan status.
• Resolve discrepancies and support verification officers during field investigations.
• Ensure onboarding and welcome call completion.
• Coordinate with customers for repayment-related queries.
• Assist in overdue follow-ups when required.
