Job summary

Your Pitchh in Bengaluru invites applications for the US International Voice Process Associate. This full-time role requires excellent spoken English, a neutral accent, and the ability to handle international customers during US night shifts. Location: BTM Layout, Bangalore.

Five-day week with two rotational offs; immediate joiners preferred. Salary: up to 6.5 LPA plus attractive incentives. Eligibility includes undergraduate or graduate and at least 1 year of BPO experience.

We're looking for highly articulate and customer-focused professionals to join our (US) International Voice Process team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills who can confidently engage with US customers while delivering a premium customer experience.

Eligibility

• Undergraduate or Graduate
• Minimum 1 year of BPO experience (Domestic or International Voice)
• Immediate Joiners Preferred

1. This role requires excellent communication skills suitable for interacting with international (US) customers. Candidates should be comfortable communicating fluently in English throughout the interview and on customer calls.
