Job summary

JobShop in Bengaluru is hiring for a Premium International Voice Process with leading MNC BPO clients. Role: Customer Service Executive International Voice, based at Belandur, Koramangala and Whitefield, working US/UK night shift.

You will handle inbound calls, verify accounts, resolve queries with First Call Resolution, update CRM with interactions, and strive to meet CSAT, AHT and quality metrics.
