Job summary

DNA Growth is seeking a US Voice & Accent Specialist to support US Personal Injury law firms from Mohali. Excellent American accent and strong English communication are mandatory to manage US client conversations, intake, and case updates using leading legal software.

Work is in office with US hours; immediate joiners preferred. Structured training and career growth opportunities exist within a rapidly expanding LPO division, with a professional, confidential work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent American accent.
• Strong spoken and written English with clear communication.
• Experience handling US client grievances.
• Prior experience communicating with US clients.
• Strong client-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned US Personal Injury cases through the case lifecycle.
• Act as a primary point of contact for US-based clients.
• Conduct client intake, follow-ups, case updates and regular communication.
• Collect, organize and maintain case-related documents and information.
• Coordinate with clients, healthcare providers and insurance companies.
• Track case deadlines, pending documentation, reminders and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate case information in legal case management software.
• Assist with settlement, demand and other case-related documentation.
• Handle client concerns professionally and de-escalate difficult conversations.
• Escalate legal matters to supervising attorneys when required.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and follow client-specific processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned US Personal Injury cases throughout the case lifecycle.
  
• Act as a primary point of contact for US-based clients.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent American accent MANDATORY. (British/Canadian accent can also work)
  
• Strong spoken and written English with clear and confident communication.
  
• Experience in strong US Client Grievance handling , required.
  
• Prior experience communicating with US clients is highly desirable.
  
• Strong client-handling and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines and follow-ups simultaneously.
  
• Comfortable working US business hours.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  
• Experience with Clio, MyCase, Filevine, Litify, Needles, PracticePanther, Smokeball or similar legal software is an advantage.
  
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
