BCforward in Hyderabad, Telangana, is hiring US IT Recruiters with BFSI client experience for an onsite role. You will manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for US IT roles.

Collaboration with Account Managers and Hiring Managers is essential to deliver on BFSI client requirements. Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster and CareerBuilder, and a proven track record recruiting for major BFSI clients such as Citi, Bank of

Qualifications

• Experience managing the end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong experience working on Direct Client, MSP and VMS requirements.
• Hands-on sourcing using major platforms and internal databases.
• Ability to partner with Account Managers and Hiring Managers.

• Partner with Account Managers to understand critical requirements.
