Job summary

Select Source International in Indore is seeking a dynamic US Recruiter for non-IT roles within pharma. You will handle end-to-end recruitment across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, QA/QC, and more.

You will source candidates via portals and social networks, screen and interview, coordinate with hiring teams, and maintain a strong talent pipeline while ensuring a positive candidate experience and accurate ATS records.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry roles and hiring practices.
• Experience sourcing candidates using CB, Monster, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
