Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research, and life sciences positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements, qualifications, skills, and relevant industry experience.
• Recruit for roles such as Automation, QA/QC, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Research, Pharmacovigilance, Manufacturing, Production, R&D, and Validation.
• Independently prepare, format, and customize professional candidate resumes according to client requirements and job descriptions.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates and clients, negotiate offers, and support onboarding.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and regular hiring reports.
• Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely submission of qualified candidates.
• Candidates must be capable of preparing and formatting resumes independently without relying on a separate resume-writing team.
