Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and email etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals like Indeed.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video screening calls.
• Make a high volume of daily candidate calls and follow-ups.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain candidate data and track pipeline status in the ATS or spreadsheets.
• Understand job requirements from hiring managers and match them to suitable profiles.
• Keep candidates engaged through offer, joining, and onboarding to reduce drop-offs.
• Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets (closures, submissions, interviews scheduled).
