Job summary

• Verify US work authorizations and visa statuses, including US tax terms like W2.
• Post and manage job portals: Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn.

• Requirement Analysis: Review job descriptions with hiring managers to understand technical skills, soft skills, and project needs. Direct client experience.
• Candidate Sourcing: Use specialized job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn with Boolean search techniques.
• Screening & Vetting: Conduct initial phone or video interviews, check technical competencies, and format resumes.
• Visa & Compliance Management: Verify US work authorizations and visa statuses, and US tax terms like W2.
• Job Portals: Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
