We are looking for a dynamic and proactive candidate to manage end-to-end hiring, vendor coordination, and client communication while strengthening our employer brand. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and client coordination skills to support business needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and staffing partners.
• Share hiring requirements with vendors and ensure timely and quality candidate submissions.
• Review and shortlist candidate profiles received from staffing partners and conduct initial telephonic/video screening to assess role fit and interest.
• Negotiate vendor commercial terms, fees, contracts, and SLAs in alignment with company policies.
• Track vendor performance, maintain submission quality benchmarks, and ensure compliance documentation.
• Resolve vendor-related escalations and maintain strong working relationships.
• Serve as the HR liaison for hiring managers and external clients for staffing requirements.
• Understand business and client requirements and translate them into hiring strategies and timelines.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure timely hiring closures.
• Provide regular hiring status updates, dashboards, and recruitment metrics to stakeholders.
• Manage client expectations, address hiring escalations, and ensure timely closures.
• Ensure seamless communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients throughout the hiring lifecycle
• Support employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, job portals, and company channels.
• Create engaging job postings and recruitment campaigns to attract talent.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess technical and behavioral fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and external vendors.
